Stainless Steel Square Ring Mold - 1.7-inch x 4.72-inch

This square pastry ring has sharp 90° angles and a height of 1.7", making it ideal for mousse or cream-based desserts, chocolate or fruit cakes. Entirely made of stainless steel, it offers great flexibility to turn cakes out easily, and excellent strength so that it always returns to its original shape.
